Key Skills and Requirements
You’ll have around 2-4 years experience in agencies, or relevant experience in other spaces.
You sweat the small stuff when it comes to every word you write, chasing clarity and originality with your words.
You’re able to define what you want, and proactively build the tools that will get you there — from workshops to discussion guides to new frameworks.
You’re an excellent presenter, and communicator who is able to construct a persuasive argument with logic and imagination.
You know what's going on in the world, what's new, what's old, and what's coming next.
You've tackled many types of category, types of design and communication challenge, and are always open to new ones; from startups to corporations to schools and beyond.
You’re proficient with the tools of the trade and confident to go beyond, actively seeking new approaches, and ways of thinking.
You’re self-motivated and organized, able to manage tasks, people and milestones with ease.
